Hello Naveen. The morth link shows old numbers. In the Kerala NH list (for example) NH47 is shown which is the old number - rationalization would have changed NH47 to NH544 etc. Similarly NH7 is still NH7 - it would have become NH44 as per rationalization. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_National_Highways_in_India#Rationalization_of_Highway_numbers and the NHAI website both also list the old numbers. The first link also mentions that the rationalization is on-hold.
