Hey Martin, didn't you took a picture of a via francigena's guidepost during Foligno Mapping party? (take a look at the "i" icon on osm: http://www.openstreetmap.org/?lat=42.9557020962238&lon=12.7039182186127&zoom=18)
Also i found some path of via francigena near Assisi here: http://www.openstreetmap.org/?lat=43.0569541454315&lon=12.6518726348877&zoom=15 Moreover this link can be very helpfull: http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Via_Romea_Francigena Lastly, i noticed a newly added relation of via francigena in Lazio (http://www.openstreetmap.org/browse/relation/1471006) but i don't know how correct is it.
