Il wiki dice chiaramente: Dove esiste un nome ufficiale, quello verrà usato in "name" Se un altro nome è più popolare, può essere aggiunto in name:alt o in qualche altro caso aggiunto tra parentesi dopo il nome ufficiale Se poi leggi la discussione sul changeset http://www.openstreetmap.org/changeset/40472998 Vedrai che l'utente ramyaragupathy aveva eliminato la doppia denominazione; l'utente Toyota Nexus7 se ne lamentava e citava il Belgio, ma il primo ribatteva che la convenzione in India era diversa: "the general agreement is to use English names for name key and have a separate tag for Indic languages" E l'utente PlaneMad confermava che "its perfectly ok to have multilingual names in the `name` tag but goes against the convention we have been following in India till now for simplicity.
