ぱっと見たところ、 junction=yes と highway=traffic_signals の扱いについてのようです。 nameのrenderingを、highway=traffic_signalsのNodeに対して行うのか、 それとも、junction=yesのNodeに対して行なうのか、という議論なのかな？ (2つのタグが両方付いている場合にのみnameをレンダリングする、とか) junctionタグは確かにあまり日本では使われているように思えないのですが、 もしレンダリングされることになればみなさん手分けしてタグ追加します？ == Thank you for introducing.
