Hello everyone,

My name is Salim, and I am writing on behalf of my colleague Can, who is on 
vacation for two weeks. I am taking over the follow-up on the PLATEAU building 
height enrichment for Osaka while he is away.

First of all, thank you very much for the careful and constructive feedback you 
have shared with us so far. We have read every comment and taken them all on 
board.

Wiki page updated

Based on your feedback, I have updated the Wiki page with the following:

- Scope is clearly Osaka City (not Osaka Prefecture).
- The first test will cover 20 buildings only, to validate the end-to-end 
process at small scale before doing anything wider.
- The Wiki now shows the test scope visually: a map with the 20 building 
footprints, plus a sortable table listing the centroid coordinates of each 
building. Every row links to the OSM object so anyone can review the buildings 
directly.

What we will and will not change

To keep this transparent and to minimise any risk to the data:

- We will only add height=* where it is missing from the OSM building.
- We will not modify any existing tag, including any height value that is 
already present.
- We will not create any new buildings.
- We will not modify any building geometry.
- If any issue is found, we will revert the changeset.

Next steps

- Before we run the test, we would very much appreciate your feedback on the 
20-building test scope. Please take a look at the Wiki section above and let us 
know if anything looks wrong.
- Once the 20-building test is reviewed and accepted, we will scale gradually 
within Osaka City only.
- We will share the result of the small test with the community before moving 
to anything wider.

On the offer to help with community events

Special thanks to K.Sakanoshita for the kind offer to help organise events in 
Osaka to support footprint mapping. We really appreciate it. My colleagues will
