Sounds great so far. You might also want a small section on the particular challenges peculiar to the Philippines. Just off the top of my head:
- The lack of satellite data (always good to plug that one). So we rely more heavily on contributions, especially in rural areas. - The different ways of subdividing areas. City / Barangay / Village etc. and how that maps onto the OSM categories - The different names for things. How do we mark a sari-sari store? (insert picture into slideshow) Convenience? Vulcanizing store (cue Spock joke ...). Those are a few issues that I remember from the discussions on this list.
