In the OSM wiki I did not find stop_id= at all.
Basically there is written about ref= and sometimes about uic_ref= and
asset_ref= but not stop_id=
If I remember correctly, this was the suggestion of the "Public
Transport" JOSM plugin. If it's wrong, then I hope it can be easily
converted in JOSM.
