Some state parks near populated areas are utilized to the hilt - while they 
have trees, every available acre is utilized for hiking, biking, camping, 
swimming, and picnicking - so there are gray areas of classification.

   If it is necessary to further classify parks in the US, one logical tag 
scheme might be

  park=city
  park=county
  park=state
  park=national
