South of the Utah-Arizona line, there still are multiple versions of
US 163. Perhaps we should hold off on "fixes" until others have had a
chance to look at this.

I clearly did not delete the only way for 163.
Zoom 12 was redrawn between your deletion and my undeletion. Unless
someone else deleted another way, you inadvertently deleted the only
way between the state line and Mexican Hat:
