I'd be very happy to implement that if we could establish a convention. Essentially I think you mean something not a million miles away from a capabilities request: 1. P2 says "hello, river server. Tell me what files are available for this lat, this long" 2. Serverside script returns a list of files (and, maybe, the formats they're available in) 3.
