another early agenda item is to figure out roles on the new board. in the
past we've talked through who will be president, vp, treasurer,
secretary and
it has been easy and non-controversial, but this board is 80% new and will
clearly be establishing its own dynamic.

According to the wiki page there is a monthly chapter meeting tomorrow,
but the most recent one was six months ago. I'll dial the number tomorrow
and see what happens. =)
Perhaps the outgoing board can help you to put together an agenda,
here on the list? I'm sure they'll have some thoughts on a smooth
transition as well.
