If you are referring to a sign that simply says bicycles "share the road", such as these: http://www.trafficsign.us/share.html Then I wouldn't tag this at all. It is really just supposed to be a friendly reminder that bicycles can travel on the road alongside cars. But bicycles can travel on most roads that cars can, so it's really redundant information. It's just supposed to be a reminder to drivers that they should be courteous to those of us on bicycles, especially since there is no explicit bicycle lane. Around New Hampshire, they often put up the share the road signs right after a bicycle lane ends.
