Thanks for sharing this with me, it looks really helpful. Unfortunately, I'm having a problem. I go into Potlatch, and I click the down-arrow next to where it says "background," and then click Vector file. I then paste the URL from the wiki page into the text field where it says 'file." But when I click Fetch, it tells me I don't have permission to open the file. Is there an extra step that I'm missing? Please help.
