Mmmmm, no, there are some counties in NY which were in excellent
condition, and which haven't needed any editing at all.

i've been working Albany/Schenectady/Rensselaer Counties for a while,
and while the alignment is mostly ok, there is a pretty persistent error
rate
that's quite evident from ground surveys.
