Richard, Thank you for this well thought out email and summary of the DWG.
You've touched on an important issue, which is that the complains here are a bit outside the scope of normal DWG functions, and more toward conflict resolution and code of conduct. This is not a role that's unfamiliar to the DWG- for example its intervention in Israel.
