I still don't understand what the problem is here or am I missing something? Several people, including my self, sent/forwarded some of those spam messages that we find sort of amusing, this includes the owner of this list, so I don't understand what the problem is, unless you're refering to something else or another message, but as you replied to the forwarded spam I assume you're objecting to that. Again, as I said, loads of people did this spam forwarding thing and mail is sent only to those who are subscribed to this list, people willingly subscribed to it so I don't see how it's spamming apart that the forward message it self is spam.

I realize this; however, by allowing tj's continued presence in
communities we are involved in, we are somewhat supporting his utterly
unacceptable actions: namely, theft (of the tbrn contact list, though he
says this isn't the case), and spamming (sending out unwanted messenger
invites for his organization). While I can't do much about it, I did (and
do) feel the need to go on public record as having strong objections to
the mode of opperation of this new network, and the activities of tj.
Strong enough objections to dial in on a pack mate modem and use webmail
with pocket explorer to send emails.

Hi,
I believe TJ's first message with the "spam," wasn't meant to be taken as suck, but just that he like others has often done, thought he'd share the
stupidity of the junk mail sender with the list here.

Thanks, Ray.

  Is this directed at me?
if so, I did not use the tbrn contact list, the only list I migrated in
was
my own, which is my own property. While that was a stupid decision, as
it
was my own property I did not steal.
thanks for your cooperation in this matter
