Yeah, well that's almost what they are anyway.
They have routs, but all their actual trafic, except of course for TWC
which isn't as closely related to them as it once was, is going through
someone other than them. What dial-up customers they still have are
being handled by common things on ninjam... uh, I mean, common to many
ISPs, same access numbers and all.
