Oh shit..well yes, I totally forgot about this little thread and the promise
I promised and well I am replying to this message so much later because I
haven't really used the computer much since I injured my finger. I have done
so on July 7 during my second birthday party by falling out of a chair and
actually falling on the finger and yes it did involve drinking quite a lot
of alcohol. Although the finger hurt quite a lot I didn't do anything about
it till last Wednesday because I thought/hoped that it'll be OK in a while,
but since it continued hurting I decided to go to the hospital where they
x-rayed it and discovered that it's fractured in 2 different places. They
strapped the my little finger (which is the one that's hurt) together with
the one next to it. Then on Monday I had another appointment where they told
me that it needs to be strapped for at least another 5 weeks. I have another
appointment on august 20.
So living like this, where I have limited use of my right hand is very
annoying, but I'm adapting. I hardly even used the computer last week,
partly because of te pain and partly because typing like this is annoying
and significantly slower, but I'm trying to adapt to this annoying
situation.
So there you go, although I have no excuse for forgetting to reply to the
birthday message on my birthday, I do sort of have an excuse for replying
to this message so late.
