Ask if you can get them to draft you a peace of paper saying something along the effect that you won't move for a certain amount of time. Since you don't want to anyway's you don't care. I just remember my uncle getting a lone with a poor credit rating. It was a bit different for him, he didn't own the home. But owning helps.
