Well to be honest if you own your own house in an alright neighbourhood I can't see why they won't give you something. Look at a site called chip.ca. It obviously won't apply to you, but were full of these people. Of corse they don't give you top dollar for your house but they'll give you monies, and I'm sure they won't make you pay $300000 for $80000. I hope i never have to use one.
