Greetings,

To detect if you are within a given range of rows, you can use a range.

Change your cursor position condition to be:

@15#5,10

I don't know what your column is so the 10 is just there for "show"

The #5 says "I will be true for a range of 5 rows"

You can do the same thing for a range of columns, but that is rarely if ever
needed for C/S. it's used A LOT for Meditech Magic.

You can also have a range of rows and columns.

@15#5,10#5

Regards,

Thom

Subject: [talkbws] Shifting row in Meditech

Group,

I am writing a script for Meditech Client Server 5.6 PP

It goes to the bottom of a list and adds a new entry. How do I let the row
position be variable. When I record the data station enter it is on Row 15 but
the next entry may be on row 20. (it depends how long that list is)
