Looks like you creating a counter .

To fix your problem, put

 

F("ITEMDONE")=0 

Somewhere in your script before the addition starts.

 

Flags (the F("ITEMDONE") is a flag, are a variant datatype - meaning it becomes 
whatever it's set to.

 VB doesn't allow math against something unless it is a number - that's the 
Type Mismatch error - it's datatype doesn't match with the action you are 
attempting to perform (math).

 

So setting the counter to 0 "makes" it a number - and then allows math to 
performed.

If it is declared as a string it will give you that error.  You could either 
change the type to integer.  Or try putting a Val(F("ITEMDONE")) + 1.  This is 
not the most correct way to work around it, but would be a quick test to see if 
it works.
