Probably goes without saying but I should be more clear...Apparently because the ^ is used also for Ctrl functions that appears to be where my issue lies... Thanks, Travis D. I'm working with notepad to create a text file that is going to drive a process on another system...The issue I'm running into is that I need to enter text in the following manner: Business Office^Commercial Lockbox^Check Images^^^^^^E:\inserver6\lockbox_corresp_import\20100112_011790__0002_00 00016678_CM.tiff^ The issue I'm running into is the "^" symbol....Those are unfortunately as critical to this process as all the other information but whether I try a standard key command or try using SendKeys I end up with issues...Any ideas or experience working with something like this?
