Well, what happens when I try to launch BWS on the other account is I get error Can't open C:\bss70\default.bwd; invalid storage or permission denied (80040563). I don't want to start messing with things and have it so I can't use BWS at all. Should I run install on the new profile? Does BWS install for all users?

It?s only if you move BWS to a new PC that you need to go through all those steps.
