Greetings, There is a nice trick you can use if you're wanting to create a "Form letter" using our Sendmail command.
In View->Email/Messaging->Email tab.
In the body if you use either DataStation field or Variables - e.g.
f("myvar") names within { } they will automatically populate for you.
So for example, let's say the DataStation knows about the following
fields in the spreadsheet:
Name
Account
Balance
In the Body dialog I would compose as follows:
Dear {Name},
I regret to inform you account: {Account} has a balance of {Balance}.
As you can see, this is excessive to the point of ridiculousness and I
thereby request payment immediately or else.

Learn the command
Then modify the command it so it uses the email address field from your
spreadsheet in the To parameter.
Then execute the command for each record in the spreadsheet and voila
you've become a professional spammer - I mean info distributor.
