I have Windows Server 2003 RC2 with 772 MB memory on my virtual machine. I run
multiple scripts on Meditech Magic and other apps all the time. No problems.

Whether you can run multiple scripts simultaneously has nothing to do with VM.
The applications have no idea if they are on a VM or physical server and they
don't care. The only time an application may not run on VM is if it needs to
directly access some physical hardware such as a SAN HBA that doesn't have a VM
driver.
