Ryan, >From what I've heard speaking with some folks about Epic it can be both a terminal emulation and windows.
The terminal emulation can be used for bulk data entry for dictionary/table updates etc. You can use an off the shelf emulator, it's not proprietary. The end user screens are windows based.
