Did you try running MT directly; that is, manually without the station? How
fast is that? If it is equally slow then the trouble is not BWS, rather your
connection.

Thanks.

Subject: RE: [talkbws] BWS and VMWare

BWS scripts are running extremely slow since I loaded BWS on the virtual
server. There also seems to be some type of issue with the communication
between the DataStation and the system I am scripting to (Meditech). I'm also
having problems with some PauseRule statements not working.

I am running the scripts from the server via an RDP connection. Could this be
causing an issue?

Here are the server specs:
Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1
2.67 GHz processor
24 GB RAM
64-bit OS

problems. Are you sure your application is not hanging?"

As far as I know, we have 100s of servers that are virtualised, but this
particular session seems to be having issues. What do you mean by the
"application" hanging?
Could you explain the sort of setup that you have done on VMWare with BWS?
(e.g. CPU, etc)

Apologies if it's a little vague - I don't really understand the network/VMWare
side of things.
