Thank you so much for your help... However, the code didn't work for me. I think it's because I'm using IE9, and the popwindow is no longer named File Download, instead it's now called notification bar (yellow ribbon @ buttom of screen), and I can't find the handle name for its' save button. Instead, I'm getting the following output in the immediate window when using the Debug.Print WindowText(h). How do I get the correct handle name for file download in IE 9? Please help (again)

Instead, I'm forced to use click function to access the file. Then, IE throws a Save As pop-up window which I can't find in the Web Document List, thus unable to click OK to save. My question, how do I save the file by clicking on the save button? Or, am I using the Web Save_File function incorrectly?
