I've just finished a HL7 type ADT interface that pretty cool. It wasn't for a Meditech site, but the logics pretty much the same. I'll send it to the website over the weekend.
I made extensive use of INI files, and have a really neat looking GUI. The program scripts information out of Meditech to build HL7 order files, and parses HL7 result files to script results back into Meditech. It is all written in VB6. Let me know if this is something that could help you. One of the things that impressed me last year (at Region 1 MUSE) was the BWS session that stated this capability. Has anyone done it yet? If so, what are YOU using it for? I have a physician site who'd like unique HL7 file (specific to their patients) and I was wondering if anyone else out there already did this.
