Glenn,
I have a script that downloads 15 NPR reports from Meditech (we are Meditech Magic 4.9) into flat text files on a pc, the script the deletes any unwanted character in the files, and uploads them over the internet to a third party vendor (Care Science). I presented this at the MUSE region 3 meeting in Indiana, and have posted the presentation and script on BWS's website if you care to take a look at it. If you have any questions please feel free to call me or e-mail me.

Can a process to automate the downloading of a report from Meditech be accomplished with BW? I looked at some of the past postings and they seem to reference the NPR Client/Server .. we don't have that version, the reports can be scheduled BUT the downloading of them has to be manual (is what I am told from OUR NPR gurus). Would this be a typical use and/or be a rationale to use BW? Remember I am new to this ... so be gentle .... Glenn C. Ronken
