Thom,   I've always liked forums for the reasons you mention.  If you/Shawn/whoever wished to address someone directly, you could email them and thus make it quicker.  Otherwise, the forum would likely work well.  (If I felt I wanted immediate assistance, I'd call.)   Also, I've noticed the "confidentiality" notices from all of our respective businesses.  Eliminating the email version could potentially save you (and everyone receiving these emails) server space.   Whitney Leach Information Services Rutland Regional Medical Center 802-747-3629 [EMAIL PROTECTED]   From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Thom C.
