At least what I have read says Rogers is using XGS-PON and they say they offer up to 8Gbit symmetric (so has to be XGS-PON based). And I did find at least one article say rogers is in fact one of the companies deplying XGS-PON. Apparently NG-PON2 is too expensive still.
