Assuming there is signal where you are, you would need an ATSC tuner box (many exist at $50 or so price, and they tend to have HDMI, composite and RF outputs) as well as an antenna to connect to it. I guess the design of the remote for the tuner box would be somewhat important if you need to be able to find buttons by feel.
