Yes, you can go to places such as Best Buy or even cost Co to buy them and the 
best thing about this, you can try them on and see what kind fits your 
particular head.
The kind we have and love are Unitec.  They last forever and are wonderful for 
long tidious conference calls.

I have the 995 plantronics and find that the battery in it doesn't last 
very long.
