As with Vista, Windows key brings up Start Screen.
However, Windows 8 and 8.1 make use of what's called metro tyles. Ins
left and right arrow Prev. and Next groups, Up and Down arrow move
within the group.
Windows-X, bring down a menu where you can access CControl Pannel.
