Hi Brice the only thing i did was make Windows load up to desktop and not
the start menu.
And a short cut to get to control pannel and settings is to press windows
key plus letter I.

I just bought a laptop with windows 8.1. Is there any tutorials setting up
windows 8.1 to navigate easier with a screen reader? I've been using
