Hi Rick,

Yes, I've noticed different performance based on the synthesizer, but
perhaps a better solution is to use the cap beeper app, found in the General
category.

Hi: I set WE to speak "Cap" but when arrowing over individual letters it
does not say cap, only when reading an entire word.

Besides, this is way, way beyond annoying when reading lines of text or,
especially, lines of computer code.

So I hope there is an adjustment to set the pitch change when arrowing over
a capital letter.
