Hi, Say cap does work when arrowing through character by character. You need to change the setting in keyboard. In the Window-eyes control panel, select keyboard/other and set capitalization alert to cap not pitch.

Besides, this is way, way beyond annoying when reading lines of text or, especially, lines of computer code. So I hope there is an adjustment to set the pitch change when arrowing over a capital letter.
