i have had this problem too. this is some kind of memory leak.
what i am talking about is keyboard interuptibility which i have turned on
to all keys. turns itself off. when the keys stop stopping speech i can go
to the keyboard and interuptibility and it will be turned off. once i turn
it back to all keys speech can be stopped. but it is faster to just reload w
e and everything goes back to normal until the next time.

I've had similar problems with windoweyes just starting to talk every
few minutes. It usually is reading the last email or something else
and then stops and does it again every few minutes. I am still
running windows 7 64 bit and wineyes 9.1 .
Wonder if anybody has figured out a simple solution.

interuptability is back on again.
i have been able to get to the keyboard menu to varify this. once i turn it
back on everything returns to normal.
but now it turns itself off when a web page says i need the flash player
for the content on the page and i have to reload w e 9.1 every time.
i did not download the flash player. this might of been a bogus malware
notice. i already have the flash player installed.
