I would also add that if you are going to compare Window-Eyes with NVDA it is critical to compare using the same synthesizer. I don't believe NVDA supports the DECtalk but you could switch Window-Eyes to using the eSpeak synthesizer as it is included with Window-Eyes as well. Then you are truly comparing apples with apples.
