Yes. There are definite improvements - the Window-Eyes 9.1 documentation makes specific mention of fixing a bug with the search within the Itunes Store.
I have had difficulty just yesterday navigating my growing list of audio books, but don't know if this is iTunes clunkiness or whether more work on accessibility is required. I do get impatient with Itunes.
