Windows 8.1 question. I am trying to follow a G W Webinar training on
Windows Eight. When at the desktop, when I hit insert down arrow to navigate
the tiles, I hear not in detail view. What is preventing me from using
insert arrow keys to navigate the tiles on the desktop?
