OK, sounds like Scott Trade is an option I will be looking into.
On another list I am on, the Blind Finance list, there are also members

like Scott Trade so it seems to be the broker of choice for blind
investors.

hassle to transfer to another brokerage if there is a way to transfer
funds
online in e*trade if you know of one.
