You can try nvda, and/or firefox. I had this issue as well. Still do. So you can login using WE and firefox and I think have it read the addresses as buttons. Then you can finish your shopping in ie. It's kind of a crazy workaround but hey we have to try all kinds of things. It's truly unfortunate. So you'd be logged in with both browsers at the same time. Some parts of the amazon site work better in ff and other parts in ie.That's been my realization at least.
