I just shipped to another address today using i.e.10 and window eyes 8.4.
This will sound odd, but I entered on the link that said 'ship to multiple
addresses'. When the page came up, I had to find that link and enter on it
again, at which point I got the option to send to the other address I have
on file. Just to make sure I wasn't sending a duplicate to myself, I called
Amazon, who confirmed that I wasn't.

Hi, I can do lots of things on Amazon's page, and I use WE9.1 and IE
11, but what I can't do is change the shipping address for something
that I do not want to send to my on-file AmazonPrime address. There's
a list of family members and others to whom I sometimes send gifts,
but I cannot get to that list -- either on the regular Amazon.com page
or the /Access page, nor can I find it on the Amazon app, which seems
otherwise to be very useable with IOS and VO. Does anyone have
suggestions for getting to "other addresses?"

well, i never use the accessible site, it's best avoided. when i try
to use shop with points with that site i can't find the option at
checkout. use the regular site. if you version of IE does not work
switch to firefox. i have always been able to place orders and click
on buttons, but i can't always use the same browser.
