USB 3.0 is backward compatible with previous versions of USB. You should be
able to just connect the 2.0 device to the 3.0 port without any issues.

Subject: Attention usb adapters and drivers

Hello list.
I have a new computer that just has usb 3.0 ports and need to get some
kind of adapter to use some old 2.0 usb appliances I have.
Is there such of a thing as a usb 3.0 to usb 2.0 adapter and if there is
does Window-eyes work with a lot of the software that is needed to set
up such an adapter?
Kenneth Son.
