Jo, we need some more details to know exactly what reminder chime in Outlook you are referring to. Here are a few that come to mind. 1. If you have created appointments in your Outlook calendar with reminders, Outlook will emit a chime and display the Reminder dialog with a list of all reminders each time you open Outlook until you dismiss them. 2. Outlook plays a chime when new emails are received and displayed in your Inbox 3. The Window-Eyes Outlook Enhance app is designed to play certain tones when an email is opened that has text presented in the message's information bar.
