Hi Larry, I use GMail with the web settings. My GMail is set for the
"basic html settings." I just turn on browse mode and then use the
basic commands, such as "x" for check boxes, "e" for the edit field,
"l" for links. If I tab between fields, the TAB key is set to turn
browse mode on and off so that I can type inside the edit boxes. After
I open a message I use the "2h" keyboard command 4 or 5 times to arrow
down to the 4th or 5th level-2 heading, where the body of the message
begins. I like using Gmail, but I have never had success dealing with
the GMail address book. I can edit labels, create new ones, and use
the "b" for button to choose how to handle a message once I've checked
it with the space bar and the "c" for combo box to store it under a
label that I have named. I hope this makes sense.

I just use gmail on the web, but I know that GMail works well with
Outlook. I don't know about any other mail clients.
HTH,
Penny
