Note I want to take the time here to bring up a useful tool.  If you are use
to office 2003 or earlier or if you would just rather use a menu system
check out a plug in for office called classic  menu for office. You can just
press alt+q twice and get a full menu system.  The only difference is the
whole menu system is a vertical menu no horizontal menus.

Thanks to all those who answered my enquiry on how to navigate the Office
2013 ribbon.

Before purchasing the programme, I shall use the info provided and practice
on the W7 Wordpad  ribbon.  No doubt the menu items will be a little
different but the concepts should be similar.
