Note I want to take the time here to bring up a useful tool. If you are use to office 2003 or earlier or if you would just rather use a menu system check out a plug in for office called classic menu for office. You can just press alt+q twice and get a full menu system. The only difference is the whole menu system is a vertical menu no horizontal menus. Hth
